Dr. Ravul Jindal, a distinguished vascular surgeon and global healthcare leader, illuminates the field of modern medicine with a career spanning 26 years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, specializing in peripheral arterial and venous interventions.

Educated at esteemed institutions such as the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences and PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr. Jindal’s academic journey laid the foundation for his stellar career. Notable achievements include a Diplomate in National Board in General Surgery and a transformative Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at St Mary’s Hospital in London, complemented by the prestigious FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Beyond surgical excellence, Dr. Jindal co-founded the SAARC Society of Vascular Surgery, showcasing his commitment to advancing vascular healthcare in South Asia. His influence extends globally, holding positions like Vice President of L’Union Internationale de Phlebologie and Treasurer of Asian Venous Forum.

A tireless advocate for accessible healthcare, Dr. Jindal annually organizes the Endovascular & Ultrasound-guided Venous Intervention Course (EUVIC) and conducts OPDs in North India. His impactful initiative, “Amputation Free India,” seeks to eliminate preventable amputations through awareness and accessible medical care.

As a global citizen, Dr. Jindal actively participates in international conferences, contributing to critical conversations on vascular health and global healthcare. His commitment to research is evident in over 50 articles in international journals and contributions to 15 book chapters, including co-authoring a book on Venous Disorders published by Springer in 2018.
